About Me
Meet Marcello.
I have worked in education for over a decade from D.C. to the Bay Area, Boston, Seattle, and small cities in between. Building and innovating in systems from a couple hundred to over 60,000 students. I've created, piloted, and supported in the development of frameworks and programs that have been studied by John Hopkins (finding an increase in attendance and reading skills), viewed and used by over a quarter million people, and have directly trained thousands of leaders and teachers.
- Systematize: Developed structures to organize deep work across multiple teams and across organizations. These structures are used within clear implementation playbooks derived from powerful strategic plans.
- Innovate: Engineered multiple programs and frameworks synthesizing best practices and resources into cohesive action plans that can quickly spread in organizations.
- Lead: I've worked in local, national, and international settings, presenting around teacher supports, organizational leadership, and system redesign.
